Hi - I'm interested in precise dimensions. Are the listed dimensions for the whiteboard surface area, inside the frame, or the exterior dimensions to the outside of the frame?

If the former, what is the width of the frame, and the overall exterior dimensions? (I have a space about 100" wide, and want to make sure the 5'x8' will fit width-wise.)
